Return Policy

At AquaSwipe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our customer support at aquaswipe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects.

• Items returned after the 30-day window.
